Wilmington Trust Selects Unica for Marketing Resource Management (MRM)
Unica Corporation, a global provider of Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) solutions, today announced that Wilmington Trust has selected Unica's Affinium™ Plan to improve workflow and project management across its marketing operations. Wilmington Trust's marketing department will use Unica's marketing resource management solution as a centralized "system of record" to store strategic briefs, creative briefs and marketing plans, monitor program status, capture key performance metrics and results, and track marketing expenditures.
"Our marketing program volume has increased ten-fold, as our business has grown and become more complex," said Michele Wilson, vice president in the marketing services group at Wilmington Trust. "Given this increase and the rapid pace of our marketing projects, we needed a solution that would allow us to better manage our resources and workflows. We expect that Unica's Affinium Plan software will improve our efficiency and effectiveness, and enhance the level of marketing support we provide to our internal clients."
Wilmington Trust's marketing services team is implementing the solution in support of the company's three business lines, including Regional Banking, Wealth Advisory, and Corporate Client Services, as well as its corporate marketing activities. Wilmington Trust also plans to extend usage of Affinium Plan to its advertising agencies to streamline their marketing processes and improve collaboration with outside creative vendors.
